No child should wake up on Christmas morning without gifts to open. That's the simple principle behind our annual Christmas Appeal.
Every year, local businesses across Central Buchan come together with Maud Village Trust to provide Christmas presents for children whose families are facing financial hardship. It's our community taking care of its own.
How It Works
We work with schools, GPs, health visitors, and social services to identify families who need support. Then, with the generous backing of the local community, businesses and donors, we provide age-appropriate gifts that make Christmas special for children who might otherwise go without.
